This PD explores how intentional play, community building practices, and student empowerment can transform early childhood classrooms into joyful, inclusive, and developmentally rich learning environments. We will explore the HOPE framework and how connecting it to our actions will allow students to feel capable, connected, and confident as learners and community members.
