This session introduces ClassBank, a highly successful classroom management and PBIS-approved classroom economy system that can be implemented in a single classroom or scaled school-wide. ClassBank teaches students ownership, responsibility, and real-world financial skills through jobs, paychecks, rent, utilities, fines, bonuses, and a classroom store. Students work toward both short-term incentives (flex seating, classroom privileges, small rewards) and long-term goals (high-value rewards such as gift cards), helping them understand saving, budgeting, and delayed gratification. Attendees will learn how ClassBank promotes positive behavior, accountability, leadership through student supervisors, and provides powerful data tracking to support behavior management decisions.
